Had great experience Saturday 9/24 early evening (~6:30 pm). Young ladies were very attentive. Asked if we wanted to sample, gave us a generous sample too I might add. Were very polite and helpful. Definitely will come back and I hope they are working!
Small portion sizes compared to other BR's and they never get the order right.
Just went to by and got four of your quarts and none of them were weighed. There was no one else in there so it's not like it was busy or an inconvenience during a rush. Usually I go early in the afternoon where they always measure it to ensure I'm getting all I'm paying for. Unfortunately all my quarts feel super light and are definitely not the amount I normally pay for. I have no problem paying a little more for your ice cream, but only if I get all that I'm paying for.
