My wife has been a loyal customer of Baskin-Robbins for a long time. Unfortunately, her experience on Thursday was very disappointing and upsetting. She went to buy two milkshakes, but the employee who served her (a Latina girl, name listed on the receipt) was extremely rude and showed no respect or courtesy. I love coming to this location! Great customer service especially when it came to placing my cake order. Everything came out perfect! Just how I wanted it and it was beyond delicious. Everyone loved it!
Last year me and my friend had gone to eat icecream and so we ate inside but next day I felt off and asked my neighbor for a soda because I felt sick and I called my friend and she said she felt same way. And so me and her had serverly gotten sick with food poisoning yes I know it's rare get it but we did.
Every time we come in we end up waiting longer. There is a gentleman who goes by Christian and will refuse to serve us. He will see us in line and serve the people behind us and make us wait for someone else.
