Disappointed to say the least! Can’t even fill the container full!
I had a very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins last night. When I went to order vanilla ice cream, I noticed there was a hair sitting on top of the ice cream bucket. It was clearly visible and extremely unappetizing. I asked the employee if they had another bucket, and they told me the only thing they could do was scrape the top off. That response was honestly shocking and unacceptable. Scraping the top does not fix the hygiene issue or give any confidence that the ice cream is safe to eat. This shows a serious lack... read more
