My boyfriend and I went to the Clinton, MS location. I didn’t know what I wanted to order, he did. He got a rocky road milkshake. I then I ordered the same thing. Well the lady rolled her eyes and got mad about it because she had just started cleaning the blender. 1. I’ve never been to a Baskin Robbins before so this was my first visit. 2. I will not be returning to this location. 3. If you are going to work at a public place, customer service is key.
Worst BR ever. Unsanitary: bugs, dirty floors, and tables that haven't been cleaned for days. Bad selection of ice cream, Bad attitudes of the staff, Bad all around. Not planning on ever going back.
