There were 3 employees working and none of them could write Happy Birthday on the cake I purchased.
They have been doing birthday cakes for our kids for the last three years. Perfect everytime! The staff knows us and are always extremely friendly and accommodating.
The owner will make custom design ice cream birthday cakes!!! My daughter’s Cinnamoroll cake came out great, with less than 24 hour notice, and extremely affordable.
Ordered two fudge crunch cakes, usually do every year for my birthday. Spoke to Ivy a few days before pickup to see if they had the fudge crunch and she verified they did. She was so pleasant and kind. She was truly the definition of what good customer service is. Few days later it was time to pickup the two cakes.
