Agree with the rude service comments. Came in tonight with my son who had a coupon on his phone that you get 31% off on the 31st of the month. There was a family of five in front of us in line. One girl working on their order. Asian lady scoping ice cream making a cake; didn't acknowledge us. I watched as she kept scoping for the cake. Friday night in vegas; 110° outside. They never have anything in stock that's advertised, some of their workers are really rude especially when kids are asking questions. I had the worst banana royal made, just careless threw it together. I guess there's a reason we always go to Handel's. We won't be back.
This place is not delivery driver-friendly. I waited there for almost half an hour while the Asian lady took her time making a cake and a young boy was busy bringing ice cream boxes and stacking them in the fridge. Meanwhile, there were more than ten other people in line. They really need to train their staff better. They should prioritize attending to customers first; once customers have been taken care of, then they can go back to stacking the fridge and decorating cakes. This was a huge waste of my time. They only had 5 flavors and no oreo cookies and I was told they wouldn't restock for 2 days. Pitiful.
