January 23rd I placed an online cake order paid $100. Pick up was for Saturday February 14th at 3pm. I sent my BF to pick up the cake only to find out they never made it. Employee stated it wasn't their fault that they dont know what happened and they may have forgotten to put paper in the printer... well that statement alone is alrdy admitting to fault. The last 3 times my family has went into the location on Camino the same girl 2:58pm 2/1/2026 manager should look this up. Cappi never available because she does not want to make it. Might as well be closed with not providing one of your most popular drinks. HOWEVER always a joy to vist Lone Mountain location they are always prepared and kind and offer all selections. Hire people that actually want to work were Sick of it!

Always out of a lot of stuff never prepared deserves negative stars. Will drive out of my way to avoid
Just went in for my weekly sherbet craving while six months pregnant and was told they couldn’t serve me because the line was already too long. Apparently there’s a sale going on for .80 cents and I had no idea about it, would have happily paid my normal 12 dollars like I do every week but they decided that the one time customers they have in line right now are more important. Will never return to baskin robins.
