This Baskins-Robbins store is under a remodel,very dirty.The few times I have been there,they are always out of ice cream.The employees there give you the impression that your bothering them.Terrible store & customer service.I very surprised there still in business.
Man this place really needs to get its act together. I see that some renovations have been done which had me excited but the amount of time you’ve run out of the core flavors (namely chocolate) is astounding. I get it, stuff happens. But it feels like over 30% of the time I walk in there I’m turned away because they’ve ran out of chocolate. This isn’t some mom and pop joint. Every time I order a flavor from this place it’s alaways out of stock don’t go here their freezers alaways are broken
Ordering a chocolate shake w/vanilla ice cream, large size. Total came to $11 plus change. They charge for the chocolate syrup. Order was nothing fancy, no special request. Charge for chocolate syrup. Really????? Not going there anymore. Travel half mile to Jack In Box and get chocolate shake for $5 plus tax. Next BR going to charge for the a/c used in the store. Someone should call Baskin Robbins corporate and have them shut this one down. We've been going there for over 15 years. It used to be great. For many months now half the freezers are not working. We went there to get a banana split. The chocolate scoop was the consistency of a shake, mostly melted. It pretty much turned into a puddle. Then no napkins to deal with the mess.
