I’ve mixed experiences here but more negative than positive. Infrequent handwashing and cross contamination, employee touched my ice cream directly with bare hands after working register, wouldn’t recommend.
Ordered ice cream cone of rocky road and it tasted freezer burn. The marshmallows tasted stale. I asked for a replacement and explained why. She said unfortunately no. We'd have to charge you, but I can give you a discount. I told her no, refund my money for the transaction. She then said she had to ask her manager. About 5 minutes later, she came back and switched it to another flavor, which tasted off and I threw it away. We will not be back.

It’s Baskin Robbins , so it already sells itself with their ice cream but this review is mainly for the girl who helped us whose name I believed was Alexandria. It was last Friday night that we walked in to the store and it had several customers waiting to be served.
