Bad service from the lady with the face tattoos at night.
I ordered a classic/mocha Cappy, and this is what I received. Unbelievable. It’s mostly milk with no flavor at all — it just tastes like milk with whipped cream on top. I used to love this drink, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again. They really need to make sure their staff is properly trained to prepare it correctly.
I am beyond furious with my experience at Baskin-Robbins. I ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday, and when I went to pick it up, the decorations were absolutely atrocious. For a $50 cake, this is completely unacceptable—where it was supposed to say 'Mason,' it looked like it said 'Moron.' The manager was so unhelpful—at first, she said they would give us 50% off, but then later, she said they would only give us the senior discount of 15%.
