At the very least, if u insist on kiosk only payment, be helpful to at least guide the customers so that the line is not hold up.

System is terrible. Kept on loading. Staff could not help and only able to ask me to use the self ordering machine. 4 staff chatting there and machine is loading too long.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Baskin Robbins One Utama. I only wanted to try one ice cream flavor before making a purchase, which is completely normal at an ice cream store. However, the staff member showed an unpleasant facial expression and kept giving me side glances as if she was annoyed by my request. I’ve been to this Baskin outlet multiple times and the staff always seem to be unwelcoming. The first time I went, I wanted to try a few flavours to decide, and the staff’s faces seemed like they honestly couldn’t bother to serve me. I had to call them and then wait for a bit until they finally came to give me a tester. Right after that, they went back to what they were doing instead of serving.
