Rude staff, just close the outlet
I ordered the Fluffy Waffle with a scoop of ice cream but when i received the order, the waffle was no where fluffy, instead it was slightly burnt, overcooked and crispy. When i asked the staff, she simply replied that its normal, if it is soft the batter will be undercooked (not an answer i expected). Is it normal to serve burnt waffle to customers??They should at least do a quality check first to see if the order should go out to customers. Queued normally at Baskin Robbins and tried ordering a waffle cone at the self-order machine, but it showed unavailable so I asked a staff member for help. The first girl in white tshirt told me there was no waffle cone left, even though I could clearly see waffle cones behind the counter. When I asked about it, she called another staff member over (the photo below). I explained again that I wanted to order a waffle cone but couldn’t proceed on the machine. Slow slow service. Ice cream is melting badly and yet the staff does not come to attend to give us. Better not to install this weird computer system for ordering. Do it manually. Better, faster and more productive.
