Rude lady that works in this location 😒
Sandra and Joshua are incredibly rude I don’t even know how they are allowed to speak to customers like that without being fired
I would give zero stars, but that's unfortunately not an option. Yesterday, 6/17/25 around 7pm, my son and I each got a scoop of cherries jubilee. The cashier Joshua was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to be there. When we got the ice-cream, he just put it down and said, "here". He did not give up a receipt, but that was fine. We git home and put the ice-cream in the freezer for after dinner. Around 9pm, my son came out of his room disgusted and shied me a small black hair in the bottom of the cup. Bought cookies and cream and got mint chocolate chip - came back the next day for an exchange and wasn’t allowed because I ate 2 scoops (how else would I have known the order was wrong lol) bad business
