Bought cookies and cream and got mint chocolate chip - came back the next day for an exchange and wasn’t allowed because I ate 2 scoops (how else would I have known the order was wrong lol) bad business
Rude and nasty owner
Rude and disrespectful manager who barely speaks English and hangs up on people trying to make sure they get the correct order nasty attitude.
Women who works here is always rude. I ordered two pre packed ice creams. Both looked like they had melted a few times. Tasted like refrigerator too… Definitely never returning to this location.
Came in to ask if they were hiring and the rude Mexican lady working says no. Maybe you should take down the sign that says “now hiring friendly scoopers
