Stayed here for two nights during a fishing trip, it was Halloween night and the day after, the front desk staff were dressed up and absolutely gorgeous, Dawn was phenomenal in getting us checked in and making sure we felt welcome and took care of us like we were at home. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
We reserved a block of rooms for our wedding guests and were extremely disappointed with the experience. The hotel would not accommodate early check-ins, leaving many guests unable to get ready in time for the ceremony. Each guest was supposed to receive a welcome gift from the bride and groom, but the staff failed to hand them out as promised. The lack of care and attention from the staff was shocking. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful! The room was clean,cozy and perfect for a couple of nights.
A beautiful hotel in a lovely city. Right on the waterfront- easy walking to multiple restaurants and shops. Room was beautiful and very up to date. Breakfast delivered to your door!
2 roaches found in room, front desk didn’t have any “clean” rooms to switch me to. Checked the full room for more finding crumbs EVERYWHERE. Humid room. Black mold all in the AC. Breakfast quiche was basically a mound of onions. Never ever again. Way overpriced for a roach motel. Look at other comments, I wish I did.
