Technician fixed the broken spring on my garage door the day after I called him and even offered to work on it the same day. The work is top notch and we also liked the fact that his time window was very specific which helps when you have things to do and can't sit around all day.
Zero stars. Made an appointment for a technician to come on a certain date between the hours of 2-4. I rearranged my work schedule to be there for them. At 4pm with no word, I called to inquire. I was told, "we tried to contact you" (no calls were made to my phone whatsoever) and "we don't have any technicians in your area, you'll have to get a different company." Huh? (also, I live 15 min from their office). There was no "hey, can we reschedule for a different day?" just simply..."sorry, you're out of luck." Then hung up on... read more

They replaced a broken garage door that came with the house we bought. They were fast, well-priced, and the installation was great. We are very satisfied with their service.
