Jim is definitely an acquired taste, but in a positive way! There's no shortage of ego with him, however he absolutely backs it up. We knew Jim from our kids activities and had seen some of the luxury custom homes he'd built in the past, so when we discovered he was buying the lots in Paddock Woods, where we were looking, it worked out really well. Our journey with BASK and Jim the (owner) began while researching Fox Island as a place to relocate in the Pacific Northwest.
