Poor store management. Please train your staff properly & please manage better. 1 front staff & 1 kitchen staff during peak hour is ridiculous.
Slow service to serve a simple Ice Americano, literally waiting for more than 20 minutes. Food are amazing, but I am really pissed off on how long it takes to get my coffee despite there are not many customers.
Very slow service for a small order. Staffs looks miserable. Upper management if you are reading this, get your act together and help this store. Even the overall vibe of the store seems depressing.
