Really lovely toasties, fresh ingredients, cheap and the coffee is so good but the man was very rude didn't even say hello, didn't tell us our order was ready.. employee hated his job.

The worst customer service staffs... at your outlet in SOHO IPOH. There was no staff manning the counter when we arrived. All the while, there was a male staff in the kitchen area who saw us . We called him but he totally ignored us , behaving as if he's deaf. .
