Double payment occurred on 20Feb2026 and refund was promised within 3-7 working days. i hv already contacted customer care and followed up but still no update after several weeks. Hoping the management can assist to resolve this matter
Disappointed with the service. I ordered for pickup thru the app and waited around 25 minutes with no update. I was the only customer in the restaurant, yet none of the three staff members or the manager/supervisor checked in. When I finally went to the counter, my food was just sitting there. Definitely room for improvement in customer service.
