When I came into the store, there was no staff at the counter. Then, a person called a staff member to greet us, but the staff ignored it. We had to order online because no one came to the counter to take our order. Even when the order came in, the staff didn't bother to check, and I had to ring the bell to get their attention, even though they had already seen us waiting. I waited almost 20mins at the counter to make an order. Staff hanya 1 orang yg bekerja. Bila nak duduk di meja, sy diberitahu untuk tak dibenarkan duduk di meja tersebut kerana khas untuk pelanggan bank. Then why those table ada dalam cafe bask bear???? Any explaination? Overall, not very satisfied by the services👎🏻
