Prior to visiting this week, I’ve been to Bask 46 and had a great experience! So I didn’t expect anything less this time around. Right after being seated, there was sour cream dropped on the back of my Sweater and jacket. Without an apology, the waitress says nastily, “it was an accident!” (Yes, accidents happen but an apology first without an attitude would have been accepted and appreciated). We visited this Christmas-themed restaurant and the food was truly amazing. The decorations were beautiful and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, our experience with our server took away from the overall visit. (Our server was a middle-aged woman, short in height with blonde hair) While the restaurant does mention having a time limit, it was not busy during our visit — several tables were open and there was no line. The host “server” (a tall, skinny with black short hair) was extremely unwelcoming. When I greeted him, he simply stared back without acknowledging me. He then tossed the menu on a high-top table in a dismissive manner and seemed to expect that I would stay. Based on this level of service, I chose not to dine there, as it left me with concerns about the overall experience, including the food
This place is so much fun. The food and prices are great. The owner Steve snd his staff are amazing so friendly. Its decorated for the holidays like a Christmas wonderland Family friendly. Definitely recommend
