Kind, friendly, professional. Great experience. I got fit in on a cancelation. I had struggled with symptoms for 6 months. I got the usual “no cure for chronic sinusitis” which I knew but the medication I was given improved my symptoms so much. I know I am it makes me one of the lucky ones but I am also so grateful for the relief.
We had an excellent experience here. The staff were great, everything was explained clearly and not rushed or dismissive at all. All of our questions were answered, the process was much easier than anticipated, and my daughter was very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this clinic, Dr. Dautremont and his staff.

I felt well supported and cared for during my interactions with everyone on their team. They were knowledgeable and very helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.
I was asked to move my review to the appropriate clinic. Either their system or the front desk ladies messed up our appointment at this clinic. All the confirmation emails that I received said the appointment is at 1:30 pm but on their system it said at 1:00 pm. They don't have an appointment reminder for their clients, should we have received one we could have arrived earlier and I even asked the ladies at the front but the front desk lady by the window said "We don't do that in our clinic because our clinic is so busy, we ... read more
