Horrable experience with Basis Koncept, Inc. The sales person, Douglas is a disaster to work with. It is all about him and absolutely no customer support. He just wants a sale and could care less. Do NOT buy from Basis Koncept! They have absolutely no customer service and Douglas controls it all. Stuck on himself and his own quick gain for a buck.
