I have complete trust in Dr. Kolia. He explains things in a way I can understand. I feel cared for and cared about. Most important to me: He is a kind human being. I am always pleased to see or talk with Bonnie at the front desk. She is professional, helpful, and efficient. Amy takes my calls, even the ones where I ask confusing questions. Dr. Kolia should be most pleased with his assistant. I am less than pleased that the front counter makes privacy regarding personal information shared in an open lobby.
