The best doctors and providers for whole family dentistry care. Dr. Schaefer knows his stuff, and my entire family trusts him with their oral health. And who doesn't love that view! Just an all around wonderful environment!
In December 2023, my dentist referred me to Basinview Family Dentistry. Despite paying for a consultation, I have yet to receive any communication from them regarding a quote. It's now April 2024, and I haven't received a single email, fax, text, smoke signal or phone call. No quote, nothing!! Tomorrow, I plan to request a refund and urge my dentist to reconsider referring clients to a business that seems too busy to meet a potential new clients' needs. Very disappointed !
First of all, the receptionist's service was terrible. She told me that all the responsibility is on me. What I realized after the phone call was that I was very wrong to move the dental clinic. If you were thinking of becoming a new patient at this clinic, you should ask yourself what treatments would be going on. Because they never tell me what treatments would be included.
