From the minute I made the first phone call, I knew I was going to get exactly what I envisioned. Stephen was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I didn’t have a question that he didn’t have a definitive answer for. The service body showed up B-E-A-Utiful! The C-tech drawer packs 😍 He was able to order them to fit absolutely squeaky tight, just as I wanted! Everything was special order, and I’m picky! So to be 100% pleased was a relief! A great company to deal with. Would recommend to anything in the commercial industry.
Never again. I had to make multiple trips to Boise (500 miles) to pick up the truck because they screwed it up the first time. The lights on the service bed started working erratically about 2 months after I picked it up. That resulted in getting pulled over. Customer service is non existent. I called to try and find a work around for the lights. Nada, office personnel are good at giving canned responses to questions. They have no actual knowledge about the products they sell.
