I hired Basin Seal Right, specifically Ian Rasdal and Katie Silva, to complete an asphalt project at an apartment building shortly before winter. They assured me the work would be completed during a limited weather window and required a large upfront payment before beginning work. Finished the job 80% demanded final payment with promises and excuses, then stopped picking up the phone and responding to texts. Took him 18 months to do the job 80%. The city threatened me with fines because of his unfinished work. Ian Rasdal, is a crook, with poor integrity. Run from this company

BEWARE! Ian, the owner does not get back to you when you call /text. Promised a paving date and then refused to complete the job. Tried to contact several times with no response. Business practices and language is very poor.
