I’ve rented from these guys a handful of times and have always had a great experience. Prices are fair, customer service is excellent, and the equipment is clean and well serviced. Last time I rented a wacker compactor. When I went in to return it and pay my bill, 3 guys immediately stood up. While one helped me with the paperwork, the other two unloaded the compactor from my truck - even winding up my ratchet strap neatly for me and leaving it on the truck bed. Two big thumbs up for Basin Rentals.

Just a warning to others. Make them note down what’s wrong with the equipment before you rent it. My husband rented a man lift. When getting back home with it he mentioned how jankie the trailer plug ins and lights were. Upon returning the lift he was accused of being responsible for whatever was wrong with that. Treated like garbage. So check the stuff you’re renting before being accused and treated poorly for someone else damage.
Top notch equipment and very professional staff. Great variety of equipment that is well maintained with good pricing.
