Ran out of propane, some confusion between were we to be “will call” or company inspect level, stuff happens, no big deal. But Mark was in Chelan working on Slide Waters, after a long day he calls at 8:00 pm, he has filled our tank, then comes in to make sure oven and fireplace are working. You don’t get such caring service in the big cities. Thanks Mark. Great guys.
Not helpful when asking questions.
Mark is a ripoff. Zero communication. Charges way above the national average for service. Never upfront and I see why, so he can take advantage of you. Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere.
