Brought in 2 window screens to be re-screened and asked to have someone come out and measure a window for a new screen to be made and my doors measured for screen doors. I was told someone would come out the following week to do the measuring. Took almost a month to get my screens back and nobody ever showed up EVER to do the measurements.
RecommendedThis place is an institution in Klamath Falls; they do more than glass but glad is certainly something they do very well. Recently my husband's father's home was burglarized and Basin Glass came immediately to board up the 4'x7' double pane window while we waited for the new ordered one to arrive. I get all of my windows from Basin Glass and have for many years. Their service and dedication to quality has always been top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Definitely don't go to them! I was told one price on the phone and then the person I had pick up for me got charged almost double what I was told on the phone!! Cooks glass is way cheaper!!
Went in for house replacement windows but the person we needed was out. We were never called. I called three times after that, always had to leave a message, and never received a return phone call. Took our business elsewhere.
Basin Glass has always done a great job for us. Quality products, fair prices & professional installation. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else!
