Never had a good experience with Basin Express. First encounter, they just dumped my order off at a random business 5 miles away from delivery address and never told me, till I tried locating it a week later. Next they just dropped off greenery at the mailbox and let it freeze instead of bringing it to house like UPS, Fedex, or any other freight carrier .
