Have been using Basin Disposal for almost a decade. Over the past year they have changed pickup days constantly on us. This last week they didn’t even come on top of that the price rose by 25% the same week. We will be using another company.
Their customer service is so rude. our bill went from $34.00 to $71.00 from one month to the other, without a warning. When I called no one could really tell me why. When I asked for the phone to main office I was told they didn't know it. If we were not relocating in a couple of months, I would drop their service. I would not recommend their services.
Please Do Not hiring this company. They didn’t pick up the trash for weeks because one of their trucks was broken down, but for sure they did charged me. I did call so many times until they didn’t answered me. They were supposed to give me a credit for not going, but off course not, they did do shit about it.
They sold out, won't service you (especially on holiday weeks), their dump trucks are constantly broke and don't take care of their long standing customers! Take your business elsewhere! Do NOT recommend!
