Called in December to get a container at my residence. Was told there would be a wait as they were short on containers. Called again in late January and was told they would be ready in around 2 weeks. I confirmed my name was still on the waiting list and they said yes. Called again in March and was told my name was not on the list and I would have to wait a month to get a container because of the amount of people that would be ahead of me on the list now. Incredible

Been with them for a few years now and never had a problem with their service! Always empty out dumpster our here in gardendale either Monday or Tuesday morning!

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the customer service. I believed I was on a waiting list, but it seems that my name was not recorded. When I followed up to inquire about available containers, I was informed that I needed to fulfill the previous agreement made by another customer. Additionally, I requested that a manager return my call, but I have not received a response.I am considering submitting a complaint to the Consumer Protection Division under the FTC.

Worst Trash Service in Odessa!!! Never do what the say they're going to do. Communication between the dispatchers, office staff and drivers is terrible!!!
