Terrible service; they don't answer calls and they overcharge you. It's a total scam. If you want to get ripped off, sign up for this useless service.
Been with them for many years all the sudden they start charging for Ector Co. Asst. Dist. Tax, and Ector County Hospital taxes, which I pay these taxes at end of year with my home taxes, why am I am having to pay these taxes for rental of trash can?
On April 30th they came to deliver garbage dumpster, when delivering he was putting it in front of our extra driveway I told him can't go there that is where we park our extra vehicles. I told him it needed to go in the alley, he said he couldn't do that so I told him then we didn't need there services and we would find someone else. He later called my husband and said he got it approved to go out in the alley, so that is where it was placed. Horrible customer service, won't answer the phones, reply to emails or even service your area!!!!! Do NOT recommend this company at all!
Horrible customer service! They did not return phone calls or emails! They did not pick up our trash for our RV park as scheduled & now we have a huge mess because both dumpsters are overflowing and they will not return a single phone call even after we have left multiple messages and emails!
