RecommendedI went for the fire and ice combo and slept like a baby that night. Only wish I would have been off the next day so I could have slept in. Will also drink a lot of water before I go next time so I can sweat it out.
Basin Cryo has changed everything I thought I knew about recovery and weight loss. The cryo and compression is by far a life saver for someone like me who suffers from shin splints, and restless Leg Syndrome. The Sauna is an amazing addition to any fitness routine, I always feel so alive and refreshed. I can’t say enough about this place and the people who run it so I can live my best life!
Best place to recovery in ALL West Texas area. Being a world class athlete and coaching from 4yo kids all the way to over 60yo men and women, traveling all over the World, I can attest that Basin Cryo has everything needed for anyone. Thank you Jarret & Kirby for bringing it to Midland-TX ���
