Dropped in here for the first time last week and really enjoyed everyone. So friendly and welcoming. Coaches were great. Super clean gym too! This will be my go-to spot when I’m back in Midland.

I popped into this gym while traveling. I had a blast. The instructors are amazing! The gym is very clean and very positive atmosphere. I was really blown away by the amazing people that welcomed me. What’s really unique about this CrossFit gym is they have a workout for whatever fitness level you are at. They have workouts for every fitness level from beginner to advanced. If you are looking to start your fitness journey, GO TO THIS GYM! I can’t recommend enough!!

Dropped in for 3 days while I was working on Midland. The coaches were incredibly helpful and encouraging. The community was very welcoming and I felt at home the moment I walked in!! I couldn’t have been more impressed and will be popping back in anytime I’m in the city!! Thank you to you and your team for the experience!!
