I had a great experience with this auto body shop! They did an amazing job fixing a ding on my car, and the whole process was so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was really impressed with how quickly they had my car finished. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them and would definitely go back!
The front bumper was broken due to a minor collision. I brought my car in with a bit of hesitation regarding how the paint job would turn out; however, they have done an exceptional job. Not only is the mechanical work outstanding, with all parts perfectly fitted, but the paint matches the factory finish precisely. I am extremely pleased with the high-quality workmanship. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them and would return without hesitation.
They had my vehicle for way too long apparently there were a few things that went wrong while repairing it that they didn't articulate but in the end they made it very right including detailing my vehicle
Basin Collision did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle! It looks and drives great!
