30+ years of good business, then called after not hearing on my boots for a long time, got chewed out and told to find another White dealer and was then hung up on. Was told he didn’t want to wait for me to prepay, which was never mentioned and has never been done on repairs, then went on to say he threw my old boots out. I asked if we could smooth things over and start fresh, that’s when his temper tantrum came, he told me off and hung up on me like a 2nd grader. Very impolite, rather rude, doesn't work for his customers and unaccommodating!
What a disgusting and pathetic man child. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Husband called to get pricing in sole replacement to what this guy answered “as much as he can”. Take your money elsewhere. What a way to treat potential customers, especially people that have served our country. SMH .
