Called the store and asked if they do all boot repairs. In a condensing tone, the person told me they been repairing boots for 30 years. I asked them if they repair tactical boots from the brand Garmont. A massive company BTW. The person laughed out loud, and said he never heard of them, he's going home for the day and to call someone else then hung up on me. The person was rude as can be. You couldn't pay me to bring something to this place to be repaired.
We payed this guy 20 bucks for a job to punch a couple holes in our dogs collar and it took him a month to do and when we went to pick it up he said it wasnt done and we wanted our money back so we could take it somewhere else and he was like why you want your money back its done right after he said it wasnt then he tried to say we never payed him and then made us pay him an extra 10 bucks saying the 20 we payed him was only a deposit, this guy just tries to scam people and hes extremely rude to his customers.
This place is run by an older guy who has the most hilarious but very dry sense of humor. I guess some people don't get it. Lol. He does great work for a reasonable price. AWESOME prices on his stock right now, by the way. Run, don't walk, if you're in the market for new boots, leather suspenders, or leather belts!
Been a few decades since buying new boots, ended up with a pair of White's, damn they make incredible boots, the gentleman was patient and very helpful, excellent service and the ultimate comfortable, quality boots.
