First of all, I was in awe of the office space(s) in general. So warm and inviting! This was our first time using Chris to prepare our taxes. She came highly recommended by a friend who also has a business, so I trusted her opinion :) I could tell quickly that Chris would be a nice fit for us and our business needs in the coming tax seasons. She knows her stuff! Oh and they even served me a nice cup of coffee when we first sat down. It all went down flawlessly :)
Patty is incredibly knowledgeable and makes sure she gets her clients every penny they are entitled to. We will never have our taxes done anywhere else.
The office was very serene! I was referred to Patty and was not disappointed! I will definitely be back!
From the moment you walk through the door they make you feel welcome, not something you get often anymore. My husband and I got our biggest refund yet thanks to Chris! Even after we move to Grass Valley we will be come down or calling Chris about all future tax prep :)
