Had Paul come to fit a new boiler was very impressed by his work. The boiler works well and Paul was very tidy layed dust sheets and cleaned everything before he left. Would recommend Basildon boliers to anyone who needs a plumber.
Paul does a excellent service he always puts his self out I had to have a new part for my boiler & he got the part other wise I would have had to have a new boiler good for you would recommend him very highly
Paul has helped us out with a number of jobs over the last few years including boiler services, installation of a new boiler, new shower, a new kitchen sink and taps. I've always valued his responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of his work. His pricing is transparent and fair, and he's also been kind enough to add in a few little extras to make my life easier, like isolator valves for the taps so I don't have to turn the water off for the whole house if I'm doing something to the sink or taps. Absolutely fantastic
Installed our boiler incorrectly and we had to call warranty to tell us that he installed the boiler flow and return the wrong way round! He was grumpy about coming back and wanted to leave us with a non working boiler with a child in the house for about 4 days until I made him come back. Next he didn't seal the condensing pipes so we had leaks under the sink which he had completely butchered making a massive hole in our unit and poor configuration of pipe work.
