Have ordered from Basil Tree numerous times for work events and it's a quick, easy, pleasant experience every time. They helped us set up our tax exempt profile. Other catering services require us to provide tax exempt info during every order. They've stream lined that process well. The food is great and easy to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Easy to work with and order. Delivery was exactly as scheduled. Everyone enjoyed the food and gave it a thumbs up. Vegan option was appreciated and well done. Would recommend and will order from them again for my next event.
I placed a catering order. Placing order was a good experience.But during the delivery, we found some missing name tags for sandwiches and order was placed based on guest choices, I had to call and figure out which sandwich was what to make sure guests have no confusion. Another thing was: they had 2 preparations of falafel and grilled chicken wrap was best. But on the other hand we have left mostly all roasted turkeys and tofu sandwiches.
Basil Tree catered lunch for our office for a 4 day event and each day delivered everything on time without an issue. Unlike a lot of caterers, Basil Tree uses super fresh ingredients that you can really taste the difference of. It was also so nice to be able to give back trays and utensils that otherwise would have gone in the trash. Absolutely recommend!!
It's good, but never tastes like what they claim it to be.
