Good, fresh food, really tasty. Sometimes I've ordered a few platters of sandwiches (the pinwheels are always a hit) with every conceivable restriction: gluten free, dairy free, gluten and vegan, and so on - and they are always gracious about it and always come through with something for everyone. The people I've interacted with are pleasant and customer focussed. I also appreciate their awareness and support of local non-profits.
The Basil Tree team is top-notch! I had to place a catering order daily for 5 to 6 weeks. From start to finish, it was truly a pleasure working with the team—from placing orders to coordinating deliveries, the entire process was seamless. Have ordered from Basil Tree numerous times for work events and it's a quick, easy, pleasant experience every time. They helped us set up our tax exempt profile. Other catering services require us to provide tax exempt info during every order. They've stream lined that process well. The food is great and easy to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Easy to work with and order. Delivery was exactly as scheduled. Everyone enjoyed the food and gave it a thumbs up. Vegan option was appreciated and well done. Would recommend and will order from them again for my next event.
I placed a catering order. Placing order was a good experience.But during the delivery, we found some missing name tags for sandwiches and order was placed based on guest choices, I had to call and figure out which sandwich was what to make sure guests have no confusion. Another thing was: they had 2 preparations of falafel and grilled chicken wrap was best. But on the other hand we have left mostly all roasted turkeys and tofu sandwiches.
