Brought our car in for rodent damage and were promised updates throughout the process. Instead, I had to call three times after leaving voicemails just to get through. When they finally called back, the repairs were already done, and we were never informed about the cost. We had previously mentioned that depending on the damage, we might go through insurance. Your follow-through is seriously lacking.
This review encompasses both of my visits to the Service side of the dealership, on the 25th of November and today, the 3rd of December, for my 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer. Alex was amazing to work with, both times I was at the dealership to get my vehicle's ignition fixed up. I bought a new Outlander from Lauren A. She was a great help! Very knowledgeable about the car and helped me program everything after I bought it. The paperwork process was also very easy with Kire. Would buy from Basil Mitsubishi again.
