I want to be clear that the two cleaners did a good job. They were polite and the cleaning itself was fine. My issue is not with the cleaners, and I do not mind paying for the service. My concern is mainly with the customer service and communication. I originally booked a 3-hour cleaning service for one person, but two cleaners arrived without me being informed in advance. We have been using Basil Green for the past year and have been very happy with our bi-monthly cleaning. Kirandeep and team are great. They are very respectful and leave out home spotless when they leave. The invoicing process could be more efficient, however, that part does not impact the cleaning service itself. Very happy overall!
I had a pleasant experience booking a cleaning with basil green cleaning. First of all, communication with head office was fast and easy. The cleaner Kirandeep K. did a great job and had a positive attitude. The only thing is that they did not bring a vacuum so they had to broom the entire place which slowed them down.
