We initially hired another contractor but terminated that contract after learning the project required permits and licensed subcontractors because our bathroom remodel was part of an insurance claim. Peter is the best. We worked with Peter extensively to remodel our 1900 sq ft co-op from top to bottom. We were pleased with his attentiveness to detail, his supervision over his subcontractors and willingness to listen to our ideas. Suffice to say, Peter continues to follow up after the contract is fulfilled. Peter honors his word to come back if there is a problem. Highly recommend him. Michael and Cathy

Pete and Jose transformed and modernized our original 1930's bathroom. With the complications of older homes, I was impressed with Pete's ability to navigate and find solutions. His communication was always transparent as he helped fulfill our vision from concept to reality. The project was completed on time and we are satisfied with our new bathroom!
