Pete and Jose transformed and modernized our original 1930's bathroom. With the complications of older homes, I was impressed with Pete's ability to navigate and find solutions. His communication was always transparent as he helped fulfill our vision from concept to reality. The project was completed on time and we are satisfied with our new bathroom!

Pete is a fantastic contractor. We had him remodel our two upstairs bathrooms, convert our closets to walk-ins and paint our two bedrooms and garage. His assistant, Jose, is a most meticulous craftsman and left each day after cleaning up behind him. Pete's sub-contractors for plumbing, tile, electric, flooring and demolition removal were also top-notch. Overall, the job was done on-time and within budget. Pete saved the day for me! He quickly determined that a leaky shower pan was the problem in the main bathroom and sadly, the entire shower needed to be gutted and replaced. He was working in 2 other apartments in my building and immediately had his plumber and tile contractor come over to assess the job. Within a few days I had the estimate, and soon after Pete "squeezed " my job into his busy schedule. Working with him was very easy.
