During a Facebook call with salesman John Mancuso all my questions were answered and a video review of the car was completed. John took a deposit over the phone and held the car until the following week as I needed to fly in from NJ. Once I arrived John picked me up and drove me to the dealership. Bought a car from this Dealership last year. The experience was very frustrating. The sales reps were quick to take my deposit , but took forever to get my car delivered( a month ). The communication was terrible. I had given the rep my delivery information. After finding out of road construction , I quickly called and gave a new drop off location.
