I have to say they weren't very forth coming with the issues with the car I purchased. I asked John several times to let me know if there were any issues or blemishes with body and motor. He pointed out a couple of little things with paint and that was it. Never mentioned the car had spool gears and couldn't really navigate turns well, that front grill was broken and ready to fall out, car had no power steering and is a nightmare to turn(probably going to cost about $2500.00 to install) and last the dash was falling apart at... read more
John was good during the transaction of the Grand National. I am a little disappointed in the other issues with the car that were not disclosed to me. Although minor, AC not working, Shift handle is broken, radio and power antenna not working and windshield washer pump is broken too. i feel if you are spending this amount of money the care should be good to go and its not. personally i could never sell a car knowing its not a 100% or at least let the potential buyer know what issues it may have.
Nick and John were fantastic with my purchase of the Grand National. John answered every question I had and took priority to get this deal done. John also maintained constant contact with me on the prep, service, and delivery of the car. I would definitely purchase another from them. Basil is the place to go!!
I went today to look at a Corvette they had listed on the site. I drove from Rochester and have talked with the sales guys all week. I went to look at the 2008 Vette convertible, listed on the site at 32,488.00. This car has been there since last July. First thing the sales guy brings this car in from outside; it was under cover but still. Then he brings it in and says after I shut it off, oh the battery is dead.
