Dave, Aurora, & Justin were amazing. I was able to do most everything over the phone. Then when I was out there it was the quickest service I ever experienced. Totally recommend them.
Not impressed with the service center at all. Charging double the price it will cost at a professional transmission shop. Then when I got into my truck to drive home the radio Bluetooth was not working. When I went back in the service advisor Jake was no help. After his attitude he told me I could leave it for a radio reset but it’s not covered by the warranty. I had no issues before dropping it off. Very very poor service. I will not be back.
I enjoy doing business with Basil Chevy. the staff are friendly and pleasant and do a good job with my vehicles.
