I needed an oil change as I have a business trip coming up. Made the apt for today 4/28. Got in shortly before 8 am and left by 8:45. The service person checked my car over. As always I am a very satisfied with Basil’s service . Everyone is very personable also. Thank you , and I love my Equinox. Joan Loewer

What a place. I am on second car threw basils. I have never had to take my car to the dealership to get fixed. My husband and I both work need my car. I am told I can do payments but Can't take my car till bill is paid. Which ok. But how are people suppose to work without car? So we rented a car for 2 months over 2000.00 we have paid on rental. The parts for my car were 800.00 2700.00 in labor what??? 191.00 for what? I already replaced battery alternator and filters and spark plugs. Car wouldn't start so gas got into plugs ... read more
