The office staff is incredibly rude and no one returns a phone call.
I am very pleased with Dr Burney. I feel like he listens to my concerns and he provides excellent care. The office staff and nurses have all been friendly, and the wait time from check in to seeing Dr Burney is very efficient.
Dr. Burney is the type of doctor that motivates you to do better! Not just do the bare minimum. I have lost 60 pounds and I’m cutting my medicines down since he became my doctor. I have to admit that I was a slacker doing the least I could visit to visit to get by with my diabetes before him. But now I am actively following a regimen to be better. Thanks to Dr. Burney
Dr. Basil Burney is the kind of physician who takes his time with you, listens to you, and gives you the best medical care-which is rare these days. I highly recommend him for all of your endocrine needs!
I have been coming to this office for 19 years. Dr Burney is newer to this group and I am very thankful. He is absolutely the BEST!! He takes his time, he is very kind, listens, and has no issues answering questions and having open discussions regarding any concerns brought up.
