The behavioral therapist is great. The company/management itself is lacking management, and clinical supervisors, have a very condescending tone towards parents. Communication regarding any issues with this company is extremely challenging. The treatment plan and course of action are changed with little or no notice. Make sure that if you have an aggressive child at all that you don't go here because their policy is no matter if you're getting services or mental health, health or medication. If your child has aggressive behaviors towards the siblings, they'll call CPS on you.
Terrrrrible customer service and hospitality from the CEO himself. After reading a very snarky email regarding services/insurance eligibility, I immediately wanted to reach out to management in regards to how I was being spoken to but was stunned to figure out that the email was from the CEO. Makes me very sad because my kiddo loves her therapist so I will be looking for another ABA Therapy company, unfortunately.
