We’ve been clients here for over a year. They are extremely inconsistent between different bcba. As a parent when I voice my concerns they ignore them . The bcbas are changed a lot.Majority of the bcbas we’ve been assigned seemed very inexperienced. Communication on schedule and treatment is difficult sometimes them notifying me the day before that my entire schedule is changing (not due to staffing). Overall I wouldn’t recommend them.
