Best gym in Glendale hands down! If you're looking to get some personal training, I definitely recommend giving them a call. The interior of the gym is absolutely gorgeous, and smells good! The music is really good and the staff is amazing. Sean makes you feel super comfortable -loved my session. I have a knee injury, and he took the time to explain how to care for it while working out. Definitely, you can tell Sean loves what he does. Thank you again Basic Training PFC!
