We are an established family business that found that there was a shortage of Australian made basic trailers been stocked in Adelaide. With 15 years heavy fabrication experience, we setup Basic Trailers. Our short-term goal is to stock anything from a basic 6x4 trailer, up to a basic 14x6 tipper trailer. We are located at 39-41 Langford Street, Pooraka 5095 & are open Mon - Fri 8:30 - 4:30pm, also open most Saturdays 9:30 - 12:30pm.

From the moment we walked into the door and then drove out the driveway hitched up with our new trailer. The customer service was fantastic, everyone went above and beyond. Very happy to be supporting a South Australian business too.
Purchased an 8 x 5 caged tipper trailer and I must have asked 1000 questions first. Nick was very patient and helpful explaining all the options available. I have had my trailer for over a year and now use it regularly for heavy duties which it handles with ease. I’ve even had farmers in the country stop and say ‘nice trailer mate!’ Nick was also more than helpful with after sales enquires regarding accessories too, in fact all staff members are welcoming on site, a pleasure to deal with.
This is my second Basic Trailer and I wouldn’t buy a trailer anywhere else. Built so well and solid. Have just recently purchased another cage trailer to replace our other cage trailer that did many trips, from carrying camping gear to pigs to hay to lawnmowers. Highly recommend their trailers.
