We are very happy with our new trailer and how sturdy it is. The inclusion of brakes certainly gives the driver more confidence. If you are considering a new trailer we certainly recommend Basic Trailers for an excellent product and very helpful staff.
1 pissed off almost customer. Was picking up an 8x12 flat top tipper trailer today. Was told it had to be picked up today as they had no where to store it and was ready to go (all through phone calls and emails.) Traveled 4 hours to pick it up only to be told the money hadn’t cleared into their account from the bank transfer of the previous day and they wouldn’t release the trailer even knowing they had all receipts from money transfer. Excellent product. I bought an 8x5 trailer and I was delighted with the quality of construction, the finish, and the excellent service I received. The price was good too. The trailer was a credit to them.
I could not fault the welcome and knowledge of the staff. The product looks fantastic and will be perfect for my needs
