I believe the owner/operators name is Joe. These folks have been very kind and professional. As a local small business owner myself I recognize the need for those to be attentive and personal while serving the purpose well. That's a tall order in today's world. Having said that, I absolutely recommend doing business with him. I appreciate being able to conduct business with a human as opposed to pushing a few buttons and hoping for the best online.
