I find it soon impossible to believe that.They have good reviews on here must be some friends or bias people that know them.. I'll start by saying 3 years ago I had a boilers install which was $8000 by them... Although it comes with a one year warranty right after that one year, it broke. So I repaired it out of my own pocket.. Then today, 3 years later, sensor are broke and a few other things.... I have had boilers that last me over 20 years without repairing them. Jeff is always very helpful in finding the most sensible solution that can only come from someone with real knowledge of his craft. He is always very attentive when a problem does come up, and keeps our HVAC system working clean and efficient. Peace of mind! I highly recommend Basic for your HVAC needs.
Excellent work by Jeff! Had another provider here who recommended replacing my boiler where Jeff came in and repaired. Literally saved us 20k. He also replaced our AC a few years ago. Wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend him again. TY Jeff!
