Nothing short of divine! – My very first massage came from Lindsay and it was nothing short of divine. The stress from work, weather and everything else just melted away as I received a one-hour full body massage. She was clearly very knowledgeable, found my trouble spots right away and flowed seamlessly from one area to the next.
Pain melted like butter! – Back pain no more! Working in a fast-paced, high stress job, many days,the pain is simply unbearable. I have tried the chiropractor and have had massage by a number of different places. Nothing seemed to work to totally address the issue. I have been seeing Kate at Basic kneads now for two months and I have noticed a major improvement in my pain and leave each time feeling relaxed and ready to take on the world. A Fabulous small Spa tucked away off White Bridge Rd. – When you walk into Basic Kneads you feel like you walked into a friends home , welcoming & relaxing. I had a unbelievable massage from Kate Ryan just before I ran the 1/2 Marathon . She does amazing work and is super strong. I have heard terrific things about all their services. You can not go wrong with a massage or facial from this secret treasure. Also reasonable.

Cool little cottage designed specifically for body treatments, lots of artwork and warm vibe. These folks are highly professional, give personalized service & their rates are reasonable. A+
