One call to their office should give you an idea....Not sure if the lady that answers the phone is a receptionist or an owner, but she is a horrible representative of the business. She is curt, rude, and obnoxious. Good luck having your concerns addressed when you have to go through that! The hassle of dealing with that petulance for questions, scheduling, etc, makes this company exactly how they're described - "basic."
