This Finance Company has horrible customer service. I advise anyone considering this company to go elsewhere before giving this company your business. Much less a title to any of your personal property in exchange for small temporary loan. Brent Mastin is a crook. Check is BBB Report.
I agree with previous review. Easiest way to reestablish your credit. Interest is high, but that's the price you pay for having bad credit in the first place.
I do not understand the first review. I have had a loan with basic before and they were great! I work in a retail business and send a lot of my customers to basic. I have never had anyone say anything bad about them ! Brent and the guys (and girls) at basic have help a lot of my customers get their credit re-established when nobody else would. Pay no attention to the guy saying basic is horrible, it's just not true !
I have never seen an organization treat it's customers in such a poor fashion. Even if you are up to date on your loan payments, they will constantly harass you via any contact information they have. Even if it is a work number. They will show up at your home if you are a payment behind. They will call you the day that your payment is due and harass you as if your a criminal. And all of this ridiculous behavior is over small personal loans equalling no more than a few hundred dollars. BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED ORGANIZATION!! ... read more
