We started out having black chain fence installed at our home and were so satisfied with it that we had BASIC FENCE also install a privacy fence on our property. From Jasons first visit for the estimate to the work and finally before asking for any payment, making sure we are happy with the job. All his guys were complete pros and very respectful. Also BASIC FENCE had better pricing than several of the other fence companys in town. I have no problem recomending BASIC FENCE and will certainly be using them in the future!
Needed to have some repairs made to my existing fence, Jason was quick to respond and promptly came out for an estimate, was flexible on meeting times as well, which helped as my schedule is very busy. Very happy with the end result, Jason does solid work and everything looks great, would highly recommend him.
Excellent serice and communication from start to completion. I changed the fence design a week before the install and the team worked with me to make it happen. No push backs at all. Thanks for a beautiful fence.
Highly recommend Basic Fence! They did a great job on our fence and were very reasonably priced. We did have a small hiccup due to a miscommunication, but they were quick to step in, offer a solution, and take care of it at no extra cost. Really appreciated their willingness to make things right. Great team would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I called for an estimate and Jason came by the next day, took measurements, and gave me an estimate for the work. His estimate was the best of 3 that I got from local fence companies. I had a couple requests for timing the removal and installation and he was willing to accommodate everything that was requested. The work was efficient with everything being completed well within the requested timeline. Our old fence, when it was brand new, was good, but not as good as the new fence from Basic.
